What We're Building

D’Almyra Estate is being thoughtfully restored as a private sanctuary for discerning travelers seeking both authenticity and quiet luxury.The villa will feature:
– Two spacious bedrooms with premium double beds.
– A sunlit living area with traditional Cycladic seating and two sofa beds.
– Two private bathrooms, each with walk-in showers, marble details, and premium amenities (including bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers, and Eco toiletries).
– A fully equipped kitchen, ideal for long stays or private chef experiences.
– Indoor dining for six, with open archways framing the Caldera.Modern comforts will include high-speed WiFi, A/C in every room, flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, a Bluetooth speaker dock, and in-villa laundry facilities (washer, iron, and drying area).Outdoors, guests will enjoy a private roof terrace with a heated Jacuzzi, shaded lounge and dining zones, and uninterrupted views over the volcano and sea.We aim to offer discreet hospitality with curated services such as daily housekeeping, airport or port transfers and local concierge— all arranged directly by us.This is not a hotel stay. It is your private chapter in Santorini’s story, with the privacy of a home and the care of a boutique retreat.

We’re not a company or a brand — we’re simply a couple with a family and a deep bond to this island and to each other.Decades ago, when we first found this villa, it was little more than a skeleton — a ruin with no roof, no light, but with a view that felt eternal.We didn’t see a business. We saw a life. A place to anchor, to build, and eventually to share.*Rebuilding it has been slow, sometimes heartbreaking, but always meaningful. We’ve poured more than materials into it — we’ve poured in memory, hope, and vision.
